Dr. Thomas B. Gladnick
Dr. Thomas B. Gladnick, originally from Newark, Delaware, graduated from the University of Delaware with a degree in Biology and earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from Temple University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
Dr. Tommy spent four years as a Captain in the US Air Force practicing general dentistry at Sheppard Air Force Base in Wichita Falls, Texas. He had the honor of providing dental care for airmen from all over the USA as well as pilots-in-training from all over the world. His favorite areas of dentistry are clear aligner therapy, dental implants, and oral cancer detection. When he’s not in the office, Dr. Tommy loves playing and watching sports, taking his daughter Sydney to the playground, wildlife, skiing, and fishing.
The Gladnicks live in Darnestown, only about six miles from the office, which allows them to see patients on short notice in case of an emergency.
Dr. Liz and Dr. Tommy Gladnick are committed to providing the highest standard of oral healthcare to their patients. They are especially interested in the latest advances in dentistry and take time to keep up with the current research. They are members of the American Dental Association, Maryland State Dental Association, the Southern Maryland Dental Society, the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, and the New England Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry.
Dr. Elizabeth P. Gladnick
Dr. Elizabeth P. Gladnick was born and raised in Massachusetts. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Pennsylvania State University and earned her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from Temple University in Philadelphia, where she met her husband.
Dr. Liz treated patients of all ages in a private practice in Wichita Falls, Texas, for four years before coming home to Maryland in 2016. She is particularly interested in cosmetic dentistry, children’s dentistry, and dental implants – a field in which she has received in-depth continuing education.
Dr. Liz is excited to be in Montgomery County, where her parents and sister have lived for over a decade. When she is not in the office, she loves reading, cooking, road trips with her husband, and playing with their daughter Sydney, and their dogs, Morty and Klaus.
Dawn
Dental Assistant
Dawn is a certified dental assistant with training and certification in performing duties such as temporary crown design and placement of restorations. She grew up here in Montgomery County and attended University of Maryland where she earned a degree in Psychology. She has been working in the dental field since 2001.
Dawn currently lives in Monrovia, MD with her husband and four children. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her family, hiking, and going to the beach.
Dolores
Hygienist
Dolores graduated magna cum laude from the University of Maryland School of Hygiene, Division of Dental Hygiene. She has been happy to have worked alongside Dr. Parham since 2005 and has treated numerous periodontal, pedodontic, and orthodontic patients, all with TLC!
She is also a member of the American Dental Hygiene Association and lives in Rockville with her husband, Ken, and daughters, Hannah and Gabriella. She enjoys reading and painting, and you can even see one of her masterpieces in her hygiene room!
Jennifer
Receptionist
Jennifer is a new edition to the practice after being a stay at home mom for 20 years. She married her high school sweetheart, Sean, and they have 3 children- Ryan, Michael and Lauren. Jennifer and her family currently reside in Monrovia, MD. She enjoys hiking with her two dogs, watching movies, reading, and spending time with her family.
Karla
Front Desk
Karla has been in the dental field since 2005. She is a proud graduate of Sherwood High School. Karla also attended Montgomery College in Rockville, MD, where she studied general courses. Her dental experience allows her to give patients the most up-to-date information to help make their visits as convenient as possible.
Karla resides in Gaithersburg with her husband, Nicholas, her son, Nathan, and her daughter Gabriella. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends and taking Nathan to his sporting activities.
Kelly
Hygienist
Kelly has been with the practice since 1998. She graduated with academic honors in 1996 from the Dental Hygiene Program at Baltimore City Community College.
Due to Kelly’s gentle touch and caring nature, our patients are always made to feel at ease and comfortable during their appointments and encouraged to maintain a healthy smile.
She has been married since 1996 to her husband, Eric, and they have a son, Sean, and a daughter, Nicole. She enjoys watching her kids’ sports and hiking at Little Bennett Park with her family and their dog Bailey. Kelly is also active in her church teaching Sunday classes to children ages 2 to 12.
Pam
Dental Assistant
Pam is a highly skilled certified dental assistant with additional training and certification in performing expanded duties such as temporary crown design and placement of restorations. Pam has 27 years of experience in the dental field and has greatly enjoyed working at this practice since 2002.
Pam lives in Damascus with her husband, Karl, and her son, Tyler. In her free time, Pam loves cheering at her son’s lacrosse and hockey games and tending to her garden, goats, and chickens!
